Tariffs and reductions

Prices are intended weekly and include arrivals and departures on Saturdays.

• 2-week stays 2% discount
• 3 week stays 7% discount
• Stays of 4 weeks 15% discount

Prices include:

• consumption of water, gas, electricity, and final cleaning;
• bathroom and bedroom linen (bathroom and bedroom linen are changed once a week, so a week's stay does not include linen change);
• guarded and covered parking space near the hotel (1 km) with connecting shuttle;
• from 01 June to 10 September: use of the heated indoor pool, whirlpool and gym of the Savoia hotel (4 stars);
• bicycles from the Savoia hotel.

Upon arrival, the apartment is available from 4.00 pm.

Upon departure, the apartment must be vacated by 11.00.

At the time of booking a deposit of 30% of the amount is required.

Balance upon delivery of the apartment keys on the day of arrival.

Deposit of € 100.00 on the day of arrival which will be returned at the end of the stay.

Obligation to return the kitchenette clean.

Animals are not allowed.

Buffet breakfast on the seaside terrace of the 4-star Savoia hotel for € 7.00 per person per breakfast.

Meals at the 4-star Savoia hotel at € 20.00 per person per meal.

Meals at the 3-star Milton hotel at € 15.00 per person per meal.

Tourist apartment new year 2009 located in a renovated building on the second floor with lift, in Viale Dante 73, along the pedestrian promenade, the shopping and shopping street of Cattolica, a few steps from the elegant city centre. The apartment is 100 meters from the Milton hotel, 100 meters from the Savoia hotel and 100 meters from the sea.

APARTMENT 7 / A - TWO-ROOM APARTMENT (4/5/6 beds) (46sqm) consists of:

• living room (24 sqm) with kitchenette, fridge, oven, double sofa bed, LCD colour television;
• double bedroom (17 sq m) with LCD colour television, safe (with a third bed and an armchair that converts into a bed);
• bathroom (5 sqm) with private facilities, hydromassage shower box, hairdryer;
• small washing compartment with large sink and washing machine;
• Both the living room and the master bedroom have a large single balcony of 16 square metres.
